Are you a tech-savvy HR professional ready to make a significant impact? We're seeking a dynamic HRIS & People Analytics Analyst to join our team on a 2 year fixed term contract! In this role, you'll support and administer our suite of HR systems, including SuccessFactors, SAP, and Culture Amp, ensuring they meet business needs and are implemented with precision.

Your day-to-day will involve providing top-notch systems support, development, and improvements, especially for SuccessFactors while working in partnership with 3rd party support vendors. You'll tackle technical issues, drive system enhancements, and manage upgrades, all while collaborating with HR and training teams to resolve system errors and streamline processes.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Investigate root cause and resolve systems issues and errors reported in collaboration with HR and Training teams. Triage to external support vendors for L3 support and ensure appropriate and timely resolution of issues/requests. 
  • Assist with system improvement and project initiatives including end to end implementation, enhancements and releases/ updates.
  • Responsible for championing the implementation of technical configuration changes to HR systems.
  • Support and adhere to system governance frameworks (SuccessFactors/ SAP/LMS interface and Segregation of Duties).
    Structure and maintain initial training workflows for other related applications e.g. contingent worker, Epass.      
  • Respond efficiently to system enquiries and maintain system and data integrity.
  • Generate and provide reports to the People and Culture team to support optimal use of HR and training  systems.
  • Develop and execute user acceptance test scenarios – writing test scripts and providing business users support during user acceptance testing.
    Provide end-user training to the business on best practice.
  • Partner with Managers and Advisors to deliver cyclical HR activities such as performance, workforce planning, remuneration & incentive review, training, talent & succession and annual engagement surveys.

About You 

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: 

  • Degree in an IT related qualification, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 1-2 years relevant experience working with HRIS systems (such as SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Workday, Oracle, etc).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably SuccessFactors LMS.
  • Experience providing system support including access administration, troubleshooting issues and implementing change requests and upgrades.
    Create and develop system documentation such as system specifications, user manuals and test scripts.
  • General understanding of HR processes including engagement, culture, onboarding, performance/development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a distributed team to achieve mutually agreeable outcomes.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Customer centric approach to service delivery.
  • Strong Time Management and Multi-tasking skills.
