A snapshot of your role….
- Efficiently manage the calendars and travel arrangements for the Director and their three reports, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules and itineraries. As the gatekeeper, screen calls and emails adeptly, prioritising tasks to optimise productivity and streamline workflows
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing expense reports and maintaining confidential files and records
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, preparing workspaces, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring that new team members feel welcomed and supported from day one
- Support the Director and their team with various projects and initiatives. This could involve conducting research, preparing presentations, and compiling reports to aid decision-making
- Oversee all aspects of office operations, from maintaining supplies and equipment to managing vendor relationships and facilities.
