Role Overview
As Chief Executive Officer you will assume a critical leadership role in our organisation. Building on the experiences developed throughout your executive career you will be an:
- organisational leader managing key functions including finance, human resources, contracts, programs and systems
- active member of the Executive team
- individual contributor, providing specialised analysis, perspectives, and technical expertise
- mentor to our leadership team in all aspects of not for profit
Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Leadership
- Operational planning and management
- Program planning and management
- Human resources planning and management
- Financial planning and management
- Community relations/advocacy
- Risk management
About you
- You are experienced in the disability and/or aged care sector with demonstrable Executive experience
- You have vision and can translate that vision into reality through communication and leadership
- Your analytical mind and eye for detail have been key drivers of success in your career to date
- You are passionate about improving services for people living within our community and growing organisations in a sustainable manner
- Your personal values closely align with ours.
