WHAT WILL A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

This role will be assisting the 2 C-Level Executives each day that will be varied and diverse working across Australia, Europe and USA but will expand to other international geographical locations. This will be a busy, fast-paced, dynamic environment that offers a lot of variety and opportunity to progress your career.

Your role will involve organising and performing day-to-day executive and Business Support duties such as diary management, arranging meetings, booking travel, processing expenses, invoices & timesheets and reporting and preparing documentation/board reports. You will also support a highly collaborative wider team with any ad hoc requests. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and efficient C Level Executive Assistant to help manage internal and external relationships who is resilient and adaptable.

ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Proven business and executive support experience supporting C Level Executives in a fast-paced, dynamic professional services environment.
  • Well-developed time management skills with the ability to cope under the pressure to meet deadlines and multitasking.
  • Proven administrative and organisational skills - must be MS Office proficient
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Providing diary management support for C Level Executives with global reach
  • Supporting & Organising client events - invites, sourcing venues, catering etc
  • Organising travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Processing Monthly expense claims.
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for national programs - sending regular communications and updates for the executive team, updating records, sending out client packs and reporting.
  • Assisting with presentations and client marketing strategies/plans, and
  • Ad-hoc support tasks as required by the executives
  • Consultative & Entreprenurial spirit.
DESIRABLE SKILLSIdeally MBA qualified or equivalent
Commercial & Finance experience
Multi-Lingual
Big Four Consulting or similar consulting environment experience
Open to international travel frequency would be half year or once a year.

Open to interstate applicants from NSW & Victoria committed to locating to Perth WA.
