Role Overview:
As our Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Jean Luc Francaise in various aspects of our business, including investor pitch decks, business plans, and research for pre-seed investment rounds. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping the future of LGBTQIA+ media and luxury experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of investor pitch decks and business plans, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
- Conduct research for pre-seed investment rounds, compiling relevant data and information
- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence and organizing documents
- Assist in the organization and execution of special projects and events
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role
Experience Vital for the Role:
- Previous experience in supporting C-level executives or senior management in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of business operations and executive support functions
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, demonstrating trustworthiness and professionalism
- Strong research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to support decision-making processes
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work delivered
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Previous experience in the media, entertainment, or luxury industries is advantageous
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Powerpoint, Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a similar role or industry is preferred but not required
