As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of all administration tasks with one-on-one support to the CEO. You will have strong organisational skills, a can-do attitude, high attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
About the role:
- Assist with diary management
- Assisting with the preparation of board reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist with client inquiries and maintain client relationships
- Filing and record keeping
- Document collation and coordination
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security
- Proficient in MS office suite / Excel and relevant systems
- Ability to multitask
- Positive and can-do attitude
- High attention to detail
- Highly organised with an ability to work accurately & efficiently
- Must have full working rights
