Location: LiveLife Pharmacy Birtinya
We have an opportunity for a front of shop Pharmacy Assistant to join our small team at LiveLife Pharmacy Birtinya. This is a casual position for someone who truly enjoys, and is committed to providing excellent customer service. Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant will be highly regarded, however, it is not essential.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide exceptional customer experience and ensure all customers are greeted and served with a smile
- Putting away front of shop stock in a timely and correct manner
- Ensuring front of shop stock is sufficient and stored in appropriate areas
- Build and maintain effective relationships
- Continually learning about new products and keeping up-to-date with in store promotions
The successful applicants will have the following skills and knowledge:
- Ability to laugh and smile
- Be inspiring and maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Ability to fully engage with customers and team members
- Experience working in a Retail environment
- Point of sale experience including working with cash registers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be an enthusiastic team member
- Motivated and willing to work in the front of shop and approach customers
- Ability to multitask
- Have good attention to detail and be able to multi task
- Be well presented
This is a casual opportunity for a Pharmacy Assistant who truly enjoys, and is committed to providing excellent customer service, advice and education to our customers. LiveLife Pharmacy Birtinya is opened 7 days a week and shifts will be rostered between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Availability to work weekends is required. Remuneration will be based on your experience and qualifications.
