As an Executive Assistant you will use your attention to detail, time management skills and proactive attitude to provide exceptional support to the Office of the Deputy Director-General, First Nations Strategy and Partnerships (FNSP) and FNSP Division.

About the Role:
As an Executive Assistant you will support the Office of the Deputy Director-General and First Nations Partnerships and Strategy Division FNSP.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Providing high quality administrative support functions, including managing day-to-day operations such as diary schedules, time management solutions, email management and organising travel and accommodation to support FNSP Division;
- Arranging appointments and meetings with relevant stakeholders including room bookings, drafting agendas, preparing meeting papers and meeting packs on behalf of Divisional executives;
- Assisting with the processing of documents, briefing materials, correspondence, submissions, papers and reports on related activities;
- Collaborating with team members across the Division, senior officers and key stakeholders to facilitate consistent delivery of support services within the Division;
- Contributing to a positive, productive and professional team culture.
