The Role
As the Executive Assistant/Studio Manager you will support the Directors with the management of their clients, projects and assist with the running and growth of the office.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Management of a busy and complex diary
- Management of all reporting and presentation creation
- Scheduling meetings and attending on behalf of Directors
- Minute taking
- Engaging with and hosting clients
- Managment of strategic operational projects
- Event coordination
- HR and recruitment initiatives
- Office wide travel coordination
- Personal tasks for Directors as required
About You
This role is an integral part of the business and requires someone who possesses:
- Previous experience in a busy EA or Office Management position
- Experience supporting time poor Managers
- A positive and outgoing disposition
- A can do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to show initiative
- The ability to multi task
- Strong autonomous working style
