About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant/Accounts and Admin Clerk. This role will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the management team, as well as assisting with accounting and general administrative tasks.
Working hours: 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
What you will bring to the role:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an executive assistant or accounts and Admin Clerk.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic knowledge in MYOB accounting software would be ideal.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the management team.
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks .
- Maintain accurate financial/confidential and personnel records.
- Assist with general office administration tasks such as filing, and office supplies management.
- Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Help with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the management team.
