An exceptional Darwin based opportunity exists for an experienced executive assistant or administrative assistant to work alongside some of Darwin’s best real estate agents to provide administrative and secretarial support. 

This role requires someone with initiative who is experienced in Real Estate administration, enjoys a fun, fast paced and a positive workplace. You’ll  need to be highly organized, have a passion for customer service and have a ‘can do’ attitude.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Organizing marketing for residential property campaigns
• Liaising with various suppliers and clients
• Providing administrative support to the principal and agents
• Occasionally attending onsite meetings at properties

Must have excellent computer skills, preferably with experience in Agentbox, Microsoft Office, and an NT drivers license.
