Your duties will include:
- Daily diary management
- Email Screening and inbox management
- Scheduling & coordinating meetings
- Handling personal tasks & errands
- Booking travel & accommodation
- Placing & confirming restaurant reservations
- Assisting with docs for signing and meeting agendas
- Daily sorting of company and personal mail
- Paying invoices
- Weekly ordering of office groceries and supplies
