A few of your responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer engagement targets are achieved with a focus on enhancing customer service quality and customer loyalty.
- Demonstrate financial leadership to maximise revenue and minimise costs throughout the department and actively work to achieve division budgets and improve overall operating results.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume, multi-outlet environment, preferably within the hotel or casino industry.
- Exceptional culinary creativity and proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Solid understanding of food cost control, menu engineering, and kitchen operations management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience in implementing and maintaining sanitation standards.
