In addition to being accountable for delivering great, consistent food with excellent financial returns, you will be responsible for hiring, training and developing your team to ensure their ability matches your expectations. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of food operations.We are specifically looking for an Executive Chef who can grow the already stellar performing food offering into the events space as well as develop new concepts.You will utilise your high-level culinary skills, people management and kitchen management experience to produce an exceptional guest experience. With this, you will drive the venue to further growth and success.Candidate ProfileTo be successful in this role you will have;
- At least three years experience in a leadership role in a busy venue that delivers a premium offering
