Executive Chef - Japanese Cuisine

YOU:

• Proven background as an Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Head Chef in a fast-paced, fine dining, kitchen setting
• High-profile industry reputation
• Specializing in Japanese cuisine, ideally whilst based in Japan/Asia
• Proficiency in devising and pricing menus
• Proven history of leading teams to achieve desired results
• Capability to oversee staff performance, addressing any deficiencies
• Exceptional leadership qualities and a fervor for global culinary trends
• Understanding of financial parameters including food and labor expenses
• Competence in implementing and upholding food safety protocols, including thorough documentation
• Experience in rostering and procurement
• Vigilance in monitoring and enforcing OH&S standards and protocols
• Aptitude for establishing and nurturing productive relationships
• Excellent time management skills
• Composure and level-headedness under pressure
