YOU:
- Proven background as an Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Head Chef in a fast-paced, fine dining, kitchen setting
- High-profile industry reputation
- Specializing in Japanese cuisine, ideally whilst based in Japan/Asia
- Proficiency in devising and pricing menus
- Proven history of leading teams to achieve desired results
- Capability to oversee staff performance, addressing any deficiencies
- Exceptional leadership qualities and a fervor for global culinary trends
- Understanding of financial parameters including food and labor expenses
- Competence in implementing and upholding food safety protocols, including thorough documentation
- Experience in rostering and procurement
- Vigilance in monitoring and enforcing OH&S standards and protocols
- Aptitude for establishing and nurturing productive relationships
- Excellent time management skills
- Composure and level-headedness under pressure
