About this opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Culinary professional to further drive our Kitchen operations. Our Executive Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef and leadership team, overseeing the kitchens and events, supporting the Chef de Cuisine’s within these areas. This person will:
- Foster and manage the development and engagement of the team, cultivating a positive work environment, in partnership with the Executive Chef.
- Manage the delivery of our world-class event food to drive repeat business, achieve the department’s financial targets and contribute to the success of our reputation and brand.
- Track, analyse and communicate management reporting.
- Support the development and implementation of new innovations, contemporary and creative food concepts.
- Ensure strict adherence to Food Safety standards.
