About the role
Join our team as an Executive Chef working across our Residential Aged Care Facilities creating and reflecting best practices with the goal of transforming serving meals into a dining experience that brings smiles! This role will bring creativity to the table with innovative, seasonal menus, and will lead, train and manage our kitchen squad to cook with flair.
About you
You’ll bring passion to food! You’ll be excited and curious about how to continuously improve, embedding a culture of constant deliciousness through feedback that keeps our culinary game strong! You also will have:
- Diploma in Delectable: A qualification in Hospitality or the culinary arts.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
- Creative flair that makes food more than sustenance but something to truly enjoy!
- Strong leadership skills, organizational prowess, and communication that's as smooth as your hollandaise sauce.
- The ability to multitask and thrive under pressure is something we know all great chefs have.
- Tech Savvy: You’ll have the “chops” with online systems when it comes to menu planning, inventory, and scheduling.
- National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months
- And, a valid driver's license to ensure you can get to the flavor battlefield across our sites located from Joondalup to Maddington
