AddressJasper Methods is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Well Intervention Service Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of Intervention Services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service delivery management
Optimize resource utilisation to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing their needs and concerns, and fostering open communication.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to field personnel.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators related to Well Intervention Services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on Well Intervention Services.
- Proven track record of successfully managing Well Intervention projects from planning through to execution.
- Strong technical knowledge of Well Intervention techniques, equipment, and technologies, including Coiled Tubing, Fracturing, Cementing, and Production Chemistry.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in project management principles.
