The role…
Lead the Quality Control teams day to day operations. Managing strict food safety and hygiene standards that flow on into efficiencies in storing processing and handling of products. The role will be directly influencing the deliverer of fresh, seasonal ingredients and delicious, meal packs direct to the customers door. Quality is the critical element in this companies successful continued growth.
This role will be ensuring products meet certain thresholds of acceptability without negatively impacting the throughput of the distribution center.
You will…
- Lead and maintain day to day operations of the Quality Team.
- Endure goods and products are handled and packed in conformance of the standards of the company
- Facilitate and introduce new projects onto the shop floor and provide feedback to management on outcomes and timelines.
- Be comfortable and capable of making spot day to day decisions on moving priorities, changing urgency and know when to escalate and communicate to management.
- Train QC team and be assessable on the production floor for continuous improvement.
