THE ROLE
We have a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and collaborative Executive Chef to lead the dedicated and passionate kitchen brigade.
Reporting to the General Manager, in this hands-on role you will successfully balance maximising Food & Beverage profitability with consistently surprising and delighting our guests with a memorable dining experiences across our restaurants, in room dining and banqueting operations.
Your passion and innovation will be showcased through creative menu designing that incorporates Sofitel brand standards with current food trends. You will be consultative in your approach to working with others which will see you build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business. This professionalism will extend to your team, as you lead, coach and inspire them in a positive workplace culture based on trust, respect and development.
