With this new premium venue due to open in the coming months, they are becoming a highly recognised employer of choice.Job DescriptionAs the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating an award-winning menu focusing on Modern Cantonese dishes using the best produce. You will lead the team during and outside of service by motivating, developing, and guiding the new team as you execute the menu of this establishment.In this role, you will work closely with the team to ensure that the menu and overall dining experience meet the high standards that the client is known for.To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience as a Head Chef or Executive head chef within a high-volume establishment serving modern Cantonese dishes
• A positive and solutions-focused approach with the desire to build a great team and develop career progression
• Good communication style with the ability to inspire those working around you
• Exemplary management skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Being able to bring a team together to show your vision for the venue and clientele
• Insight to review operational performance and make improvements
• Strong financial acumen relevant to labour and cost control
• A highly structured and organised approach, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
