As the new Executive Chef of The Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort you will work in collaboration with our Director of F&B as well as our senior leaders & Chefs. Your responsibilities will include; designing & building menu concepts, developing chefs, and driving staff productivity and engagement. You will work in partnership with all hotel departments and take accountability for the efficient and effective operation of the kitchen and restaurant, including financial performance.
