Gippsland PHN is a not-for-profit charity that works at a regional level to achieve improved whole of system healthcare. It is part of a national structure of 31 Primary Health Networks across Australia. Since 2015, Gippsland PHN has been committed to improving health outcomes for the people of Gippsland and its vision has been and remains a “measurably healthier Gippsland”.
Reporting to the CEO, this appointment forms an integral part of a collegiate and committed leadership team providing strategic, innovative and operational guidance. The role works closely with the Board, committees, CEO and Executive to ensure processes are in place to guarantee the long-term sustainability of the organisation and has oversight of a diverse team across finance, people management and quality systems including ICT.
The opportunity provides the forum for a motivated and engaging leader to apply their expertise within an energised, collaborative environment. It will draw on strengths in financial literacy, exceptional people management, highly developed emotional intelligence and the capacity to build and influence partnerships across stakeholder groups. With a genuine commitment to actively contribute as part of the executive team you bring extensive experience within values-driven, community focussed organisations, relevant tertiary qualifications including CPA status, and a record of achieving outstanding results.
