Form of work The role Reporting to the Health Service Chief Executive (HSCE) the Executive Director will drive strategy development, deployment and evaluation working across all clinical and corporate portfolios to develop enabling strategies and integrated plans to support delivery of the hospital's strategic plan 2022-2026. Additionally, you will lead and direct a broad range of functions across the Governance, Strategy and Performance portfolio. You will be a key member of the executive leadership team and will be responsible for provision of leadership, strategic focus, authoritative and expert advice across a wide range of professional issues across key stakeholders including the Health Service Chief Executive, and South West Hospital and Health Service (SWHHS) Board.
