GOTAFE is seeking a dynamic, agile, and experienced executive to join their leadership in the role of Executive Director of Operations. In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for providing executive leadership and strategic direction for GOTAFE’s Operations. With responsibility for IT, Corporate Governance, Risk, safety Property, and Assets, you will play a crucial role in enabling the provision of GOTAFE’s core business of student acquisition and training delivery.
As the successful candidate, you will have:
Success in executive leadership roles ideally within the Education or a related sector, showcasing the ability to lead and develop teams effectively across the organisation.
Experience navigating and leading change, ensuring strong and sustainable performance.
Ability to drive high-performing, accountable, and engaged teams, aligning their efforts with organisational strategy to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Strong and contemporary leadership experience in managing Finance, IT, Assets, and Governance functions, delivering tangible results, and influencing strategic plans and initiatives.
