About the Role:
- Efficient calendar management involving coordination of tasks, appointments, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient handling of phone calls and managing sales inquiries.
- Skillful management of electronic communications on behalf of the Principal.
- Prioritization and simultaneous management of multiple projects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Diligent completion of administrative tasks.
- Upholding brand values and service standards in all vendor interactions.
- Accurate and timely execution of all required auction campaign activities.
- End-to-end management of property makeovers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Executive Assistant within a high-performing team.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
