The NSW Telco Authority is seeking an Executive Director Program Delivery to lead and direct program teams, ensuring program outcomes are achieved. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for delivering a portfolio of capital works and strategic programs through planning, development, delivery, and evaluation stages.
About the role
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a complex technical, economic, political, and customer-focused working environment. You will work with a variety of stakeholders, including Ministers, senior officials, and large commercial vendors, to consistently achieve Program Delivery objectives despite competing priorities and short time frames.
You will manage interdependencies across projects and service providers, while also providing direction and support to reporting staff.
With oversight of around 20 projects you will play an important role in leading initiatives that are crucial for enhancing customer experience and satisfaction, aligning the organisation's services with customer needs and expectations.
The projects under this role are a mix of old-style technology, emerging technology, small construction and resilience rollouts, and implementation of services used by NSW Emergency Service Organisations to keep NSW people and places safe.
