About the role
The Executive Manager is the key operational and client management lead within the company, which manages portfolios of between $8m and 12m. The role has a high focus on financial reporting, increasing profitability outcomes and portfolio growth, while looking at long term gains over a 5 -10 year window. Based in Alexandria, however you will be spending 50% of your on-site with key clients and potential new clients.
Key Responsibilities for the role
* Identification and conversion of new business opportunities to deliver growth via additional services, adhoc works, new sites etc.
* Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to deliver agreed KPI's for sales, growth and profit
* Provide leadership and motivate Operational leaders and their teams including coaching, mentoring and providing opportunities for your team to step up.
* Ensure KPI's and targets are exceeded
* Managing the cost of sales delivery whilst achieving exceptional customer service
Skills & experience
* Proven experience at a general, national and/or senior management level ideally within Sales, Finance, Operations or similar role
* Ability to develop, lead and motivate high performing teams
* Proven experience identifying and pro-actively developing client markets both new and existing
* Strong financial and business acumen including business reporting, strategic planning, sales, negotiation, influencing and decision-making skills
* Ability to proactively manage and report on portfolio performance and ensure optimisation in all areas
