Your Role
As an Executive Manager, Commercial Platforms, you will act as the primary steward and overseer of technology platforms and systems across the Intermediated Insurance (IIA) portfolio.
This role will see you working closely with the IIA Executive Leadership team and Technology & Operations division to define and deliver the IIA technology strategy and roadmap, setting technical standards and requirements to support ongoing roadmap delivery, platform health, and performance.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity, based in Sydney.
About You
- Extensive experience in delivering IT services in a complex organisation, preferably in the insurance industry.
- You excel in managing relationships across business, technology platforms, and programs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Proven experience in delivering and managing IT platforms & projects.
- Deep understanding of IT systems, environments, solutions, and strategies.
- Proficient in agile delivery methods and possesses strong project management skills.
- Strong technical background with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders.
- Strong experience in leading high performing technology teams compromising of both staff and contingent workers.
