Delivering a diverse range of mental health, allied health, addiction support, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander health, NDIS services as well as support services for Young People within our headspace centres. Our multidisciplinary team empowers and advocates for healthy rural communities through providing diverse and excellent health services throughout country South Australia.

About the role:- Work as part of the Executive Leadership team to drive strategic plans.
- Lead the operational management team and medical practices to achieve optimal outcomes in current service delivery, future service growth and expansion, contractual requirements and budgets.
- Establish effective strategic relationships with key external partners.
- Communicate the strategic vision and direction, drive culture and performance within operations.
- Lead continuous improvement, drive innovation and effectively manage change to align with strategic objectives for operations.
- Based at any of our regional SA office locations (see website for details).
- An experienced leader of multi disciplinary teams, preferably health related.
- Engaging leadership style, adaptable and innovative, able to inspire and motivate excellence with a keen eye on the health needs of regional South Australian communities.
- Budget management, results driven, fantastic communicator, adept stakeholder engagement and active member on industry forums/groups.
- Innovative and future focused strategic experience.
- Passionate about building a positive culture within our organisation.
- An Executive leadership opportunity, reporting to the CEO, flexible location.
