Executive Manager - Trade & Working Capital Business Development, Commercial Banking

The Trade & Working Capital team provides businesses with access to Working Capital, manage international and domestic trade related risk and improve overall corporate efficiency for shareholders.

Your responsibilities

As Executive Manager - Commercial Banking, you will be responsible for leading a national Trade & Working Capital Business Development team of Specialists focused on growing the Bank's market share and providing exceptional customer service to existing and new customers. This is a key leadership position with a focus on Business Banking customers in the Commercial Banking segment, where you will drive business performance, lead and execute against agreed strategic initiatives, and will form part of the Trade & Working Capital Leadership Team.

More broadly, you will grow the Bank's market share and you will:

• Lead, build and drive the delivery of agreed objectives including increased market share, business and shareholder growth.
• Develop, lead and execute strategies across the Commercial Business segment individually and in collaboration with other Trade & Working Capital leadership team members.
• Develop and educate key internal and external stakeholder relationships primarily with Relationship Management teams, Risk/Credit, Finance, Product, Operations, and Industry bodies.
• Coach and mentor a dynamic and proactive Business DevelopmentTrade & Working Capital Specialist team

• Experience in leading a national Business Development team.
• Extensive knowledge of Trade & Working Capital solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of Credit, structuring and Operational risks pertaining to Trade and Working Capital
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high performing teams and exceptional Trade & Working Capital Specialists
• Proven influencing and negotiation skills at senior levels both in an internal and external environment.
• The ability to think strategically to contribute to organisational objectives.
