Job Description
Are you an inspirational leader with a passion for logistics? At ALDI, we're seeking a Warehouse Manager who is ready to make their mark. We invite you to be part of our team, the backbone of our supply chain, and a crucial part of our success story. This is an 18 month fixed term contract, based in Minchinbury NSW.
Your leadership and strategic vision will shape the operations of our warehouse, ensuring the swift and seamless delivery of our products to our stores, and ultimately, to our valued customers. This position offers the unique opportunity to directly impact our operations and contribute to our commitment of delivering exceptional service and products to our customers.
What does the role involve?
- Leading, mentoring, and empowering diverse Warehouse teams, steering their recruitment, development, training, performance evaluation, leave management and scheduling.
- Overseeing all aspects of Warehouse Operations, from inventory management to dispatching and receiving goods.
- Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, and transportation.
- Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety, and cleanliness to create an environment that celebrates and nurtures excellence.

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $152 400 - $202 000 including Superannuation.
