The Role:
The primary objective of this role is to come in and understand the current operational processes and suggest and implement improvements.
- Manage the employee lifecycle;
- Collaborate with Payroll and Technology;
- Process and policy improvement;
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders; and
- Keep up to date with local legislation and ensure compliance.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required;
- Demonstrable experience improving processes;
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills;
- Basic understanding of Australian and New Zealand legislation; and
- Experience with Workday is beneficial.
