A leading FMCG company dedicated to driving the growth of their brands in the digital space. They are looking for a talented Performance Marketer to join their dynamic team and lead their online paid investment strategy.
About the role
This is a newly created role designed to accelerate the participation and growth of their brands across online shopping e-Commerce platforms and social media. The role will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising their online paid investment strategy to maximise ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the optimisation of search investment strategy (Citrus Ads) across all branded categories
- Manage performance marketing activity across paid social channels.
- Activate all paid media activity across emerging platforms and search platforms
- Manage and own the central spend plan on eCommerce media, working closely with the eCommerce analyst on ROI reporting and recommended optimisations.
- Set best-in-class standards for Digital Shelf content.
- Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to optimise audience strategies.
- Work closely with the eCommerce Analyst to champion a test-and-learn environment and share learning's with the broader Marketing and Sales team.
Ideal Candidate
- Detailed understanding of online retail media platforms.
- Minimum of 2 years in performance media.
- Knowledge of retail media bidding platforms (Citrus Ads & Amazon Ads desirable).
- Skills in search platforms such as Google AdWords.
- Understanding of social media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
