As an Executive Officer reporting to the Director, Strategy and Coordination, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient functioning of our directorate. Your responsibilities will include coordinating appointments, managing information flow, overseeing administrative processes, providing project support, and fostering positive stakeholder relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the Director's appointments and meetings.
- Curate and coordinate information flow within the directorate and across the organisation.
- Develop and oversee operational processes to guide work outcomes.
- Monitor incoming correspondence and initiate appropriate actions.
- Provide end-to-end support for projects and programs delivered by the directorate.
- Support the operations of the Senior Executive Group.
- Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in executive support and office coordination.
- Proficiency in business administration and IT systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to navigate complex environments and manage conflicting priorities.
