Proactive, hands on, collaborative, willing to pitch in when needed, you are a cheerful ‘people person’, committed to supportive leadership and to building goodwill and capacity in your teams through engagement and encouragement.
Reporting to the CEO, you will ensure your team have alignment with goals and expectations using clear, transparent and communication is vital. Must be able to confidently manage conflicts to best support the team. The ability to meet deadlines and deliver outcomes is a must!
Must be data driven, have excellent attention to detail, be visible and approachable, be a problem solver, drive business improvements, have a solid (or strong) Corporate Services background and be confident in collaborating on new initiatives.
