Executive Officer - Marketing And Events

The Queensland Catholic Education Commission (QCEC) is seeking an Executive Officer – Marketing and Events to work within the Communications Team. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and executing engaging events, creating compelling event-related content and providing general communications support to the Communications Manager and Governance Strategy and Corporate Services Unit.

This is a permanent part-time position (3 days per week) offering an attractive salary package. Flexible working arrangements will be considered on an individual basis.

This position requires:
• A dynamic communications officer committed to excellence in both external and internal communications
• Experience and expertise in event planning and event related content
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• A commitment to the ethos and work of Catholic education in Queensland
• Relevant academic qualifications.
