This permanent position is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Work Execution team in the Burdekin Region.
- The Work Execution Officer Role (WEO) will be focused on supporting the frontline members of the execution team in the following areas:
- Parts and Materials Management
- Information management
- Work Management process compliance and facilitation
- Schedule development and administration
This role offers multiple development pathways within execution and scheduling for those willing to gain and apply additional skills.
It is essential the person we are seeking have the relevant experience or be willing to gain the experience, as the job level will depend on current qualifications and skills set.
Selection Criteria will include the following:
- A commitment to safe operations and safe maintenance initiatives.
- Ability to facilitate a parts and materials management process through physical tasks and use of relevant systems
- Be able to gather and collate relevant information to provide feedback to Execution team members
- Self-motivated and organised
- Committed and proactive to achieving safety goals
- A willingness and ability to acquire new skills and/or qualifications if required by the job
- Utilise SAP & and other computerized maintenance systems
- Ensure Work orders and related permits are completed correctly
- Operate in a work-based team environment and work with other teams as required
- Good communication, planning and decision-making skills will be highly regarded
Desirable Qualifications:
- Forklift HRWL
- Common User Competencies skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Working knowledge of Kronos and SAP
