We are looking for a capable, hardworking, great attention to detail and super organised Executive Project Support Officer to support the CEO and his day-to-day tasks and research and project work.
With your communication and engagement skills, cool headed, friendly, reliable and trustworthy approach, you will be responsible for diary and travel bookings, appointments, managing inquiries, be involved with organising events, drafting correspondence, and helping out with other daily operations of the business.
Your proactive approach will assist in making improvements, creating efficiencies, and actioning brainstorming ideas. You will be assisting the CEO, providing valuable support in managing and coordinating research projects, ensuring the organization's continued success.
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:
- Qualification – qualification in Secretarial and Clerical Studies, Business Management, Projects Management or related discipline
- Knowledge – familiar with Health and Social Sector or a Research Honour Degree is desirable.
- MS Office expertise— if you really know your stuff with the whole MS Office suite then you can help provide maximum support while keeping our work professional. An added bonus if you can manage Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Attention to detail – has the ability to accomplish/complete tasks while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved
- Trust – this is a really important part of a great Office Allrounder’s ethos in supporting the Business
- Be Organised— able to manage the day to day challenges of the team and organisation
- A great big smile with a can do attitude – your positive, engaging and infectious attitude will keep a room smiling
- Safety — the quality of your work and governance support should keep people healthy, well and growing
- Others - Driver’s License and Police Check
