Project Support Officer

We are currently seeking a talented individual, with a passion for higher education and learning objectives with experiences as a Project Support Officer. This role is temporary is nature, which requires candidates with immediate availability to commence. The role will see you taking responsibility in providing support to the Strategic Projects, ensuring all project activities proceed smoothly. Additional to:

• Coordinating team meetings, including booking locations, travel arrangements, catering and supplies,
• Minute taking, setting agendas and action items and consolidating meeting documents,
• Confidential record keeping and financial management, invoicing,
• Responding to diverse requests and inquiries from managers and team, regarding projects,
• Develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships and networks,
• Ensuring all project activities proceed with success and to designated timeframes and quality standards,
• Any ad-hoc administrative support where required.

About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Prior experience in a Project Support capacity
• Experience within the government or education sector will be highly regarded
• Highly-developed technical knowledge and skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• The availability to commence immediately
