About the Business 

NSW (M&H) Air Conditioning is a well-established mechanical services contractor based in Beresfield.  Performing work throughout the Newcastle and Sydney surrounds, we specialise in the design, supply, installation, service, and maintenance of commercial, industrial, and residential air conditioning equipment. 

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Officer, reporting directly to the Office Manager and working closely with the Project Management Team. 

Tasks associated with the role include but are not limited to;

• Management of all Administration paperwork associated with Projects.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure Project goals are met.
• Manage contract claims and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Weekly and Monthly reporting.
• Project date collection and analysis.
• Processing Purchase orders.
• Setting up of new Projects.
• Debt Collection and other Accounts Receivable duties.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Essential Criteria

• Must be able to be part of a team, well mannered, presentable, and reliable.
• A High attention to detail, capacity to learn and great work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions with a common-sense approach.
• Strong ability to manage time effectively and comply with all internal and external deadlines to develop and maintain key supplier and client relationships
• Ability to build rapport quickly and gain strong relationships
• Proficient computer skills across the board including a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite. 
• Experience in a similar role is preferred , however not essential. 
• Working hours will be Monday – Friday 08:30am – 05:00pm (can be flexible for the right candidate)
