Job Description: Ray White Cairns is seeking a dynamic and motivated Executive Sales Assistant to join our team and work alongside one of our high-performing and award-winning sales agents. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with exceptional organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for the real estate industry to further their career in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the award-winning sales agent.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and property listings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and files.
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented work environment.
- Occasionally work on Saturdays as required by business needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
