Join our passionate team at Fiorita Wine Bar & Restaurant, a double Gold Plate winner in 2022 and 2023, as we explore the boundaries of Modern Australian Cuisine using fresh local produce. We're in search of an energetic, creative Head Chef to continue our success in 2024 (start date early May 2024)
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Ability to manage a small brigade
- Proficiency in stocktaking and ordering
- A strong desire to learn and showcase your culinary skills
- A hard-working attitude with excellent task prioritization skills
- Strict adherence to OH&S standards
