About The Opportunity
As the Executive Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in the culinary team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation are met. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning and development
• Overseeing food preparation and cooking activities
• Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
• Training and supervising kitchen staff
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

About You
The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years experience as a Sous Chef and a culinary qualification
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• A passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
