About The Opportunity
As the Executive Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in the culinary team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation are met. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning and development
- Overseeing food preparation and cooking activities
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
- Training and supervising kitchen staff
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years experience as a Sous Chef and a culinary qualification
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
