We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, ongoing Education Support Officer – Senior Campus. This role support two members of our Executive team and the Student Wellbeing team.
The position includes benefits such as 7 weeks of annual leave, coinciding with school holidays, easy access to public transportation leading directly to the school, a gym on the premises, and limited off-street parking. Remuneration is based on experience in accordance with the Education Support Officer – Category C scale of the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA).

Job Description:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Administration support to Assistant Principal – Students and Assistant Principal Identity & Mission
- Diary management
- Attend meetings and minute take as directed
- Prepare documents and presentations as required
- Assisting with the organisation of all key College Liturgical celebrations within the College,
- Manage various student events throughout the year, including College Investiture Assembly, Founders Day, ACC Student Leaders Launch, Mother’s and Father’s Day Breakfasts.
- Support with Budget and Finance, including raising purchase orders and managing invoices.
- Assisting with the organisation of social justice Initiatives
Skills/Experience Required:
We require the following qualifications and qualities in the ideal candidate:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- An ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students and colleagues.
- An eagerness to learn
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous
