THE ROLE
The Executive and Business Support Officer sits within the Stakeholder Management Team and provides a range of corporate service and Business Support functions to the Executive Director and Aboriginal Engagement Units.
This role includes corporate Business Support for the Executive Director of the Aboriginal Partnership and Practice Branch associated with diary management, recruitment, purchasing, travel, accommodation and supports the broader APP Executive Team Directors with key administrative tasks associated with forums and stakeholder meetings. The position also provides secretariat support for internal and external committees.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
Provide a range of corporate Business Support functions for the Office of the Executive Director, including:
- Procurement, financial management tracking on the Oracle system and ensuring the timely approvals and payment of invoices.
- Administrative support including diary management for the Executive Director and support with recruitment processes, interviews and paperwork.
- Coordinate reports, briefings and correspondence as required on sensitive and complex matters.
