A rare and rewarding opportunity exists for a highly organised and meticulous individual to join our busy City Development and Sustainability team at the City of Kwinana. This is a fixed term, part-time position reporting to the Director City Development and Sustainability, and working alongside a dynamic team of like-minded professionals. As our new Executive Officer you will provide high-level and efficient administrative and executive support to the Director, engaging on a daily basis. This position will provide the highest quality of customer service to both internal and external customers,

What You'll Need
To make an impact as our new Executive Officer, you will need:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or similar discipline.
- Minimum 2 year experience in a similar role.
- A well-developed knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (proficient in Excel and Word), Content Manager, and Authority systems
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and use initiative.
- Ability to demonstrate a genuine commitment and responsiveness in providing the highest quality of customer service.
- Knowledge of relevant Local Laws.
- Knowledge of the Land Administration Act.
- Relevant experience in Local Government.
