individual and group exercise, lifestyle and behaviour modification programs for the management of patients of the Enhance Community Care Team. The Level 3 Exercise Physiologist is able to provide clinical services to client groups of a complex nature requiring advanced practice skills.
- Applying evidence-based practice while dealing effectively & efficiently with a broad range of clinical issues.
- Working with patients and families who may experience significant distress and anxiety.
- Utilising available resources to meet competing patient needs and expectations and managing high volume workloads while at the same time achieving positive outcomes.

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible
- Bachelor or post graduate degree in Exercise Physiology, or equivalent and current eligibility for full membership of the Exercise and Sports Science Australia professional association. Current driver's licence (P2 acceptable).
- Demonstrated high level verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in providing exercise physiology assessments, prescription of evidence-based individual, group and home exercise programs, and evaluation of interventions using appropriate outcome measures.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously at an advanced level with limited supervision as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including collaborative stakeholder consultation.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in the provision of clinical care across a wide range of practice areas within their discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to independently problem solve, apply professional and ethical boundaries when working with complex situations as per of a multidisciplinary team.
