Exercise Physiologist

Mediix Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join thriving team of dedicated health professionals, providing exceptional care to the vibrant community in the Coffs Harbour region.
Our client is a leading healthcare organization with a strong presence in Northern NSW and Southern QLD, delivering comprehensive allied health services through our strategically located clinics. They are rapidly growing healthcare provider with a team of over 80 allied health professionals.
In this role, you will collaborate with experienced health professionals, work in a purpose-built rehab gym, and have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the growth of the organization in the Coffs area.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, tailoring exercise interventions to match client aspirations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic rehabilitation and wellness services.

• Engage in business development activities to contribute to the growth of our organization.

• Treat a diverse range of patient conditions, including musculoskeletal rehab, chronic disease management, and disability.

• Conduct health and rehabilitation assessments, set goals, and prescribe exercise programs.

• Establish relationships with clients and allied health practitioners.

Requirements

• Degree in Exercise Physiology.

• Accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist (ESSA Accredited).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
