The Opportunity
Take on the role of Team Leader for our Exercise Physiology department and guide our exceptional team. You'll cultivate a supportive environment that champions growth and development.
Your role will involve:
- Providing ongoing mentorship and support to our EP team, ensuring they excel in delivering top-notch care.
- Utilising planning and efficiency skills to organise the incoming client referrals and manage EP schedules across the team in line with business key performance indicators.
- Coordinating clinical development workshops for ongoing knowledge and skill development of staff, to keep up to date with current evidence-based best practice.
- Reviewing team quality and performance numbers and implementing efficiencies for improved outcomes.
- Provide expert advice and support to staff on knowledge of the industry and company processes on a day-to-day basis.
- Onboarding and induction of new staff utilising a structured growth and development program.
- Assist with resolving client incidents and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Continue to perform clinical work by maintaining a small caseload of referrals.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our business by continuing to upskill your knowledge of internal business goals and operations and the Aged Care sector.

About You
- Passionate, ambitious, and motivated about making a difference in our industry.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams of Allied Health professionals, showcasing strong leadership skills.
- Valuable experience working in the community, delivering a wide variety of exercise interventions.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Exercise Physiology and current ESSA Accreditation.
- Possess a current Police Check, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
- Hold a valid driver's license with a roadworthy, registered, and insured vehicle, and be willing to use it for work purposes.
- Provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, including booster shot (when eligible).
